SMART ECCD Center / SMART School Implementation Process

Step 1 – Membership Registration

Institutions are encouraged to first register as members of the Professional Development in STEAM Education program. Membership registration is completely free of charge. (Click here for More Details)

After registration, institutions will receive:

Membership account access
Username and password
Basic access to experience the School Management System
Guidance regarding the SMART ECCD Center project

Step 2 – Review and Acknowledge the Charges, Rules, and Regulations

Please carefully read the rules, regulations, and guidelines for implementing the SMART School program. Review the applicable charges and familiarize yourself with all system features. Click here to read the Project Proposal.

Step 3 – Application for SMART ECCD Center / SMART School

After obtaining membership access, institutions can submit the application to upgrade their ECCD Center or school as a SMART ECCD Center / SMART School.

Once the application form and initial setup payment are submitted, the institution can directly connect with the technical team. Click here to Center Registration

Step 4 – School Management System Setup

The technical team will implement and customize the School Management System according to the structure and operational framework of the ECCD Center/School.

The institution will be upgraded with technological integration and digital operational systems.

This process includes:

Mobile App integration
Administrative system setup
Academic management system setup
Staff and parent access creation
Institutional digital framework development

Step 5 – Data Integration

All academic, administrative, and operational processes will be integrated into the School Management System.

This includes:

Student data integration
Staff data integration
Attendance systems
Academic records
Notices and communication systems
Institutional operational procedures
Financial and administrative records

All required institutional data will be securely organized within the system.

Step 6 – Training and Capacity Development
