SMART ECCD Center

In today’s rapidly evolving world, technology has become an essential part of every sector. Modern technological advancements are transforming industries globally, and the education sector is also adapting quickly to these developments. Around the world, ECCD Centers, schools, and higher education institutions are upgrading their systems and services to become SMART Institutes through the implementation of advanced School Management Systems.

We are pleased to inform you that Sri Lankan ECCD Centers, preschools, Montessori schools, and child development centers now have the opportunity to transform their institutions into SMART ECCD Centers/SMART Schools.

As the first step, institutions are encouraged to register as members of the Professional Development in STEAM Education program. Membership registration is completely free of charge and provides access to a membership account, including a username and password. Through this process, institutions can gain basic experience and understanding of the School Management System and its benefits.

After becoming a member, institutions may apply to upgrade their ECCD Center or school as a SMART ECCD Center/SMART School. Once the application form and the initial payment are submitted, the institution can directly connect with the technical team. The technical team will then implement and customize the School Management System to upgrade the institution into a SMART Institute.

Comprehensive training will be provided to principals, administrators, and staff members on how to effectively use the mobile app-based School Management System. Furthermore, continuous technical support and professional guidance will be provided to ensure the smooth and successful operation of the system within the ECCD Center/School.

This initiative aims to support educational institutions in improving administration, communication, efficiency, and the overall quality of education through modern technology.
