“Sri Lanka ECCD” Mobile App for quality Early Childhood Education
The South Asian International Association for Early Childhood Care and Development (SAIA4ECCD) is an internationally recognized organization based in Sri Lanka, dedicated to improving the quality of education through innovation, collaboration, and capacity building. We work closely with global education stakeholders to enhance best practices and build meaningful networks among institutions, educators, and students.
In today’s rapidly changing world, technological transformation in education is not only timely but essential. As we collectively strive to achieve Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), SAIA4ECCD has introduced a cutting-edge Education Management System (EMS) that supports ECCD Centers, schools to upgrade their institutes as SMART Schools.
Member of the SAIA4ECCD have opportunity to get experience free of charge on school management system. All members will get user name and password to access to SAIA4ECCD SMART School system.
As a member of the SAIA4ECCD, If you wish, you can also follow courses free of charge and obtain professional qualifications.

- Download the “Sri Lanka ECCD” app to your phone through the Android Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Click here to check whether an account has been created for you. (It may take up to 5 working days.)
- If your name is visible, use your mobile number as the username and use 2026 as the temporary password. Log in to the mobile app using your username and password.
- After gaining experience with the mobile app and SMART School system, you can upgrade your ECCD Centre into a SMART ECCD Centre. For more details, click here.
