The South Asian International Association for Early Childhood Care and Development (SAIA4ECCD) is an internationally recognized organization based in Sri Lanka, dedicated to improving the quality of early childhood education through innovation, collaboration, and capacity building. We work closely with global education stakeholders to enhance best practices and build meaningful networks among institutions, educators, and students.
In today’s rapidly changing world, technological transformation in education is not only timely but essential. As we collectively strive to achieve Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), SAIA4ECCD has introduced a cutting-edge “Sri Lanka ECCD” School Management System (SMS) that supports ECCD Centers, to upgrade their institutes as SMART ECCD Centers.
Through the Sri Lanka ECCD platform, you can participate in lectures, free courses, seminars, workshops, and many other professional development activities.
you will be able to:
- Participate in online lectures and professional development programs
- Study the following programs:
- International Diploma in STREAM Education – Level 01
- Communication Skills in the English Language
- Share your STREAM-based activities in the “STREAM Education in South Asian Countries” community and become eligible to receive certificates of recognition, medals, and awards for the performance of your ECCD Center.
- Share your achievements in the “Teachers’ Performance on Quality Education” Facebook Group and become eligible to receive certificates of recognition, medals, and awards for your contributions and performance in the education sector.
To create and maintain your user account and provide cloud storage, and to evaluate all your assingments and final examinations for three subjects Rs. 3000 will be charged.
If you wish to create your own user account in the Sri Lanka ECCD platform and access all activities organized by SAIA4ECCD, and complete international diploma in STREAM Education submit your application form with payment slip..
When making the deposit, please mention “Sri Lanka ECCD SMS” in the Reference field. On the front of the deposit slip, clearly write your full name and ID number before submitting it.

- Click here to check whether an account has been created for you and to get all guidence to use “Sri Lanka ECCD” SMS as a SMART Teacher
- Click on “Students Login” to join as a student to the“Professional Development for Quality Education” SMART School.
