Teacher Development for Quality Education

Quality education begins with the continuous professional development of teachers. In a rapidly changing educational environment, teachers need to strengthen their professional competencies, adopt modern teaching methodologies, and become familiar with international best practices to meet the diverse learning needs of children and students.

As part of the International Conference on Quality Education 2027, the International Association for Quality Education, in collaboration with Thirty Six Skills – India and International Academy for Educational Leadership and Research Foundation – Bangladesh is organizing a professional development initiative under the theme “Teacher Development for Quality Education. as preconference activities.

This initiative focuses on sharing modern teaching methodologies and global best practices to support educators in developing effective activity plans and conducting educational research. It aims to enhance teachers’ professional knowledge, encourage innovative classroom practices, strengthen research competencies, and promote international collaboration among educators.

The programme also provides opportunities for teachers, school leaders, preschool educators, and educational researchers to demonstrate their professional excellence through the International Activity Plan Competition and International Research Competition.

Through academic sessions, knowledge-sharing activities, professional discussions, and international competitions, participants will gain valuable insights into contemporary educational approaches and opportunities to connect with educators and institutions across different countries.
